For the Support Level 3 activities, 
- Coordinate BackOffice and DCNS teams to solve complex problems
- Find if needed workarround to ensure the services.
- Promote/Respect and apply the problem process
- Resolve Support Level 2 incidents if needed

For the Corrective and Evolutive Maintenance activities,
- Contribute to solution design and architecture definition & implementation
- Participate to test plan (end-to-end tests)
- DCNS support in deployement phase

For the Exploitation activities
- Application monitoring
- Database operations

Skills: 

Technician with 5 years minimum of experience or engineer with minimim of 3 years of experience, with the following skills:

- Mandatory Technical Skills:

  •  Strong experience in Windchil 6 to 10 tools (Administration)
  • Good understanding about Windchill technical architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Unix environments (scripts, basic commands)
  • Strong knowledge of Database management (Oracle, ...)
  • Strong knowledge of open source environments (nosql, MongoDB)
  • Strong knowledge of systems adminitration (Unix, Linux, Windows)
  • Good experience of PLM Business Process
  • Business knowledge (Engineering design process)
  • Good understanding of the end to end processes around the product development

- Optional Skills/Experiences:

  • DCNS environement
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Class
  • Support experience
  • Knowledge of ALM tools (quality center)
  • Knowledge of JIRA or other tickets tools
