Skills: 

  •  - Agile, SCRUM or SAFE training or knowledge
     - Experience of implementation of 2017 3DX
    - Good understanding of business processes (Engineering, Manufacturing domain)"

  • o   Ability to connect Engineering, Manuf engineering, Shopfloor and ICT together
    o   Ability to see opportunities and improvement areas in current processes, taking into consideration the company strategy such as:-
        Digitalisation
        Future Factory
       End to end PLM / Future PLM
        Manufacturing ramp-up

    o   Able to work with different levels - Stakeholder management is key
    o   Able to propose new ideas, creating requirements, arrange/lead/support workshop and put material together for presentations quickly
    o   Ability to initiate and lead a project
    o   Flexibility and agility is required
        Able to travel (e.g. Broughton)
