Description: 

~~We are looking to hire a graduate to join our IS Support Division based in Bristol.
In this role you will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of a major Aerospace company.
Key tasks:
Support the Design and Manufacturing communities of our customers with PLM application and methods/process issues
Deliver technical workshops on PLM application topics to new users and support customers develop new PLM functionalities and deliver training to the user communities
Manage access to the PLM toolset for customers, their users and suppliers
Manage the PLM data in all related databases and monitor interfaces for data transfer
Coordinate the product data-exchange (DEX) between all customer sites and their suppliers across Europe.
Work in an ITIL compliant IT support environment

A full training programme will be undertaken.
We are particularly keen to hear from graduates who have a degree in IT or Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace disciplines with an interest in IT.
