Role Description
- Follow Data Exchange process as specified in approved internal documents.
- Ensure SLA adherence
- Actively support process improvement to reduce process times
- Support the development and testing of solution improvements

Required Experience
- Understanding of Bill of Materials (structures and types)
- Use of web based applications and tools
- Use of issue tracking applications
- Professional attitude with excellent diligence in providing service to customers
- Desire to improve processes for both themselves and customers

Must have 3DX experience
