In frame of BizLab of customer, you will in charge of:

- Ensure timely, negotiation, signature, updates, invoicing as appropriate for the various contractual documents (membership agreement; post acceleration; startup funding, NDA’s, MoU’s)
- Launch of shopping cards in Click’Buy; follow up of POs; Good Receipts
- Contact with suppliers for payment issue/questions 
- Implement change and develop new processes to better procure goods and services
- Coordination and Management of the purchasing needs for BizLab Madrid and Bangalore
- Participate to regular review meetings with coaches to collect feed-back and propose and implement 
- Participate to the continuous improvement of the purchasing platform with Altran by identifying issues or improvements and ensuring they are implemented
