~~TEAM LEADERSHIP
    - Line management of team, supporting transnational work
    - For team members: Manage HR Cycle Interviews and objectives setting, including annual pay reviews, KPI objective setting via appraisals and input to bonus levels for those employees, develop / coach team members, ensure there are no obstacles to them achieiving their objectives, renegotiating when things change
    - Oversee the workdelivery of sub-contractor activities
    - Support staffing of projects (internal & S/C)
    - Participate in the strategy development of the department and the BU (several workshops in the year)
    - Report on a monthly basis the expected turnover and all financial figures of projects in this remit
    - Set-up and execute regular team meetings to cascade information
    -  Local focal point for the teams in the UK (proximity management and projects allocation)
    - scope, plan and execute project staffing and transition for new projects.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY
   - Focal point for customer to identify and qualify needs, to make technical and commercial proposals
   - Oversee profit and loss of the projects (in collaboration with appointed Project Leads where applicable)
   - Contribute to contractual review meetings with customers for technical follow-up
   - Manage service delivery budget and follow-up (monthly update, analysis, action plan)
   - Provide internal reporting to management on service delivery progress
   - Actively contribute in qualification of opportunities and lobbying activities

   In supporting development of customer Business, the jobholder is especially expected to be able to:
    - Support sales activity and act as department Lead in the business development to PLM IS
    - Activate and exploit their own customer network to identify opportunities
    - Encourage team members to identify and report opportunities
   
 
UK NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE BUSINESS UNIT: Attend UK management meetings. Work across UK BUs to support resource management activity in accordance with changing needs of the business

    - Experience in Project Management: planning, actions, reporting, risks, interface   with stakeholders, communication.
    - Financial understanding of Time & Material  and Fixed Price Deliverables projects

    - Good customer relationship management
    - Language Skills: Fluent English mandatory  - MS Office - IT terminology - PLM tools  - IoT    - knowledge of digital transformation principles
